How To: Quick Pickle
- Boil 1 1/2 cups vinegar, 1 cup water, 2 Tbsp. Sugar, 2 tsp. Kosher salt, until the sugar and salt dissolve.
- Add either red onion, string beans, radishes, cauliflower or any crunchy vegetable you desire.
- Pour it all into jars, then cover and chill. Eat immediately or store longer for more flavor.
