Rodin Museum x Farrow & Ball

The Musee Rodin is one of my favorite places in the world and necessary stop each time I find myself in Paris. I love the sculptures and have been a Rodin fan for quite some time. Let's just say that when I was 15, I was given a choice to travel anywhere in the world, and I chose to go to Paris to see this museum - since then, it is a place where I can always go back to for inspiration. However, that is Paris, and I, well, live in New York.

Last year, while visiting it after their renovation was finished, I became obsessed with the tones of paint used on the walls of the galleries and since then have been researching it in the hopes of finding more information about it to paint my own home.

And, I did! Farrow & Ball, which is responsible for many partnerships with museums around the world also worked with Musee Rodin to select and develop the perfect tones for the restoration of Hotel Biron.

The result is a palette that combines gorgeous tones with subtle yet very sophisticated effects both enhancing or complementing the sculptures and architecture at given times.

Below are pictures of the renovated galleries and the colors that were chosen. Except Biron Gray developed exclusively for the museum, all colors can be purchased at Farrow & Ball showrooms.
