What is the typical timeline for a Concierge Project?
Only 1 week! To start you will complete a concierge questionnaire. From there, we will collaborate on an inspirational Pinterest board to help us understand your design aesthetic. By the end of week 1, we will pull together resources to develop a mood board that is personalized to you. The Concierge service comes with a mood board and a digital shopping list so you can shop for the items featured in your personal collection. It’s a special, VIP shopping experience at its finest!
Will you make changes if I don’t like something?
Each Concierge project includes one round of revisions so that you receive a collection you love! Furthermore, it is free and there are no commitments.
What if I have more than one project? Is there a limit?
You are our VIP client and it is our pleasure to serve you. The sky isn’t even the limit, just ask us to help you.
