INDIVIDUAL ORDERS

The Mayfair Hall allows returns for items eligible for return in accordance with this Refund Policy. Subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below in this Refund Policy, and unless otherwise expressly indicated on a Product’s detail page at the time of purchase, we are pleased to accept timely returns of certain new and unused Products, as follows:

  • Full Price:  Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.


  • Promotions:  Products that are purchased with a Promotion are eligible for return for a full refund within 7 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.


  • Markdowns:  Products purchased at a discount (other than with a Promotion) or on markdown are eligible for return for site credit within 7 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

  • Final Sale:  Products purchased on final sale (as further described below) are not eligible for return or a refund.  

Your Products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and other signature packaging materials.

Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by The Mayfair Hall. Refunds are generally processed within 1-4 weeks of when the returned item is received at our warehouse.

The costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable. 

Final Sale—Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

All Products that are (i) considered Final Sale as listed below, or (ii) otherwise indicated as “final sale”, are not eligible to be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Customized items

  • Vintage items

  • Books

  • Housewares

  • Special Order Items

  • Membership Boxes

  • International Orders
  • Items indicated as “final sale”

If you return or send to The Mayfair Hall any Product that is not eligible for return or refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to items considered Final Sale), any Product that is not listed on the return authorization from The Mayfair Hall in respect of the respective shipment from you to us, and/or any product that you did not purchase from The Mayfair Hall, we may, without notice to you, retain and dispose of such Product(s) and/or product(s) at our discretion, and refunds or credits will not be issued for such Product(s) and/or product(s). 

Return Process

We hope you love your The Mayfair Hall order, however, if you would like to return any items or your purchase isn’t suitable we would be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange according to this Refund Policy. Costs for return shipping are the customer's responsibility as The Mayfair Hall does not provide return labels. Please email us at assistant@themayfairhall.com to start the return process and we will gladly assist you. 

MEMBERSHIP ORDERS

The Mayfair Hall Membership Orders are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items or additional box purchases. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill cut-off date or you will continue to be billed for the following box.

To cancel, email The Mayfair Hall at assistant@themayfairhall.com. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled.  

Annual membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual memberships prepay for 6 boxes and are nonrefundable.
