The rectangular aluminum-alloy form brings a cool decorative note to a desk, mantel or bedside. Its simple lines make room for the expression, color and personal detail of the image within.

“A wide border gives a small photograph presence, and I like that generosity in Jason. I would choose an image with a clear subject, allowing the slate enamel and gold-tone edge to be its setting.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Product Details

Material: Aluminum alloy with an enamel finish.

Dimensions: Overall: 10 L × 8 W × 1 H in. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.

In the frames, the same attention to a shaped edge gives a personal photograph a considered setting. The metal surround is decorative in its own right without needing to dominate the image.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0286/3244/9099/files/8837_1_ebcd6f72-bad9-4bc4-b5b0-b4db052c8e63.jpg?v=1772999943
https://www.themayfairhall.com/products/encanto-jason-slate-enameled-picture-frame-by-beatriz-ball-5-x-7-in
