Gold-tone accents and a raised edge give the aluminum-alloy serving form a clear outline for appetizers, desserts or a small bar arrangement. Its generous length makes it a substantial piece for a sideboard or a table with room to appreciate the curves.

“I let a long oval guide the arrangement rather than scatter pieces across it. A few well-spaced groups of food are easy to lift and leave the swirl edge visible as a frame around them.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Product Details

Material: Aluminum alloy with an enamel finish.

Dimensions: 20 L × 2.25 H in.

Included: One serving tray.

Care & Ownership

Handwash with mild detergent and a soft sponge, then towel-dry immediately to avoid water spots. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.

Encanto adds color to the cast-metal tradition: enamel and gold-tone details emphasize the curves and edges, making the form as much a part of the table as the food it holds.

https://www.themayfairhall.com/products/encanto-vintage-swirl-cream-and-white-enameled-oval-serving-tray-by-beatriz-ball
