The 23-by-14-inch aluminum-alloy form is hand polished to a silver-colored finish. It can organize a substantial serving arrangement or provide a defined place for a group of objects on a large sideboard.

“With a tray of this scale, a little open metal is part of the arrangement for me. It gives the food room and allows the pearl border to be enjoyed, rather than disappear beneath a crowded serving.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Product Details

Material: Aluminum alloy.

Dimensions: 23 L × 14 W × 0.5 H in.

Included: One serving tray.

Care & Ownership

Handwash with gentle detergent and a soft sponge, then towel-dry immediately to prevent water spots. Do not leave in standing water or use for prolonged food storage. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads and cutting directly on the surface. No routine silver polishing is needed; store clean and dry. Oven-safe to 350°F for warming food; use oven mitts, as metal becomes hot. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.

https://www.themayfairhall.com/products/pearl-david-polished-metal-serving-tray-by-beatriz-ball-extra-large
