Its curved sides and sculptural base bring shape to fruit, sweets or a shared dish without introducing another color. Made in melamine, it is intended for both indoor meals and outdoor entertaining.

“A change of level can give a buffet a clearer rhythm. I like one raised Carola bowl among lower dishes, where a simple serving of fruit feels deliberately placed rather than fitted into the last available space.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Product Details

Material: 100% melamine; BPA- and PABA-free.

Dimensions: 13.5 L × 13.5 W × 6 H in.

Included: One serving bowl.

Design & Use: Designed for indoor and outdoor serving.

Care & Ownership

Wash on the top rack of the dishwasher, or by hand with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.

The Vida collection carries that attention to serving shapes into melamine, with sculptural rims and generous forms made for relaxed meals indoors and out.

https://www.themayfairhall.com/products/vida-havana-carola-white-melamine-pedestal-serving-bowl-by-beatriz-ball-large
