We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. All return requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7-14 business days of receiving your order. For returns due to buyer’s remorse, ensure your request is submitted within 7 business days. Please include photos of the received item with your initial request, and clearly indicate the reason for the return. Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging. Returns of damaged, soiled, or altered items may not be accepted. Additionally, shipping costs, import taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
