Cozinha Velha Blue and White Porcelain Footed Cake Stand by Vista Alegre
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Cozinha Velha’s blue-and-white porcelain cake stand gives a homemade cake a place at the center of the gathering. The footed form raises the serving plate above the linen, with blue floral decoration and fine gold details bringing the character of the tea service to cakes and pastries.
“A cake on a pedestal feels like an invitation to stay for another slice. I love the thought of this blue-and-white stand at the center of a Sunday tea, surrounded by the cups people have chosen for themselves.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

MAKER / HERITAGE
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings two centuries of decorative knowledge to the art of setting a table and furnishing a home. Its porcelain tradition combines technical precision with artistic work, including a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected pieces; crystal and glass extend that vocabulary into the bar and the room beyond. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron keep the house’s heritage in conversation with contemporary life. The result is a breadth of patterns, forms and disciplines from which to build a service or collection with lasting personal character.
