Heritage Cheese Knife Set
Crafted for slow boards and lingering gatherings, this hand-finished cheese knife set brings timeless character to the table. Each piece is made from 18/08 stainless steel and carefully sanded by hand, paired with smooth ABS handles secured by brass rivets for a heritage-inspired touch.
Designed to handle everything from soft, creamy rounds to firm aged wedges, each knife offers a balanced weight and comfortable grip. Beautiful enough to leave out on the board, sturdy enough for everyday use.
Each set is a set of 3 and includes:
Cleaver: Ideal for cutting semi-hard to hard cheeses such as cheddar, gruyere, and fontina. 8" x 1.5".
Cheese Knife: A great multi-purpose tool with a narrow blade for soft cheeses and a pronged end for plating and serving. 8.75" x 0.75".
Spreader: The dull blade makes it perfect for spreading creamy, spreadable cheeses onto crackers or bread. 6.5" x 0.75".
