Paço Real Porcelain Pineapple Dinner Plate by Vista Alegre
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
A pineapple anchors the botanical decoration of this Paço Real porcelain dinner plate. Gold details frame the colorful drawing, connecting the everyday act of serving dinner to the collection’s historic inspiration.
“A pineapple has such a hospitable presence in a botanical service. To my eye, its warm colors invite a table of flowers, patterned linen and other fruit motifs gathered together.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

MAKER / HERITAGE
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings two centuries of decorative knowledge to the art of setting a table and furnishing a home. Its porcelain tradition combines technical precision with artistic work, including a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected pieces; crystal and glass extend that vocabulary into the bar and the room beyond. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron keep the house’s heritage in conversation with contemporary life. The result is a breadth of patterns, forms and disciplines from which to build a service or collection with lasting personal character.
