Cozinha Velha Blue and White Porcelain Small Salad Bowl by Vista Alegre
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Cozinha Velha’s small porcelain salad bowl brings a softly scalloped outline to the collection’s blue floral decoration. Its compact serving form is an appealing companion to the larger bowls and platters.
“I would use the smaller bowl when a great serving vessel would crowd the table; proportion matters as much as pattern.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Maker / Heritage
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings a living decorative tradition to the table. Its porcelain is glazed, fired and individually checked before decoration; the factory also maintains a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected artistic pieces. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron give that long history fresh expression, from finely drawn botanicals to architectural relief. It is this combination of technical care and imaginative decoration that gives the maker its distinctive range.
