This 1826® two-pan set pairs one 10-inch brushed 18/10 stainless steel frying pan with one 10-inch Exceliss+ non-stick frying pan. Both use Cristel®’s conical 1826 form and 3-ply thermodiffusing induction base, so the set gives the cook two distinct surfaces without duplicating the same job. The stainless pan is the everyday searing and sautéing workhorse; the coated pan is the more specialized choice for eggs, fish, and other delicate foods.

Care & Ownership
Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Avoid overheating an empty pan and abrasive cleaning; protect the coated surface during storage. Dishwasher safe. Not available for shipping to Minnesota.
