The 1826® Non-Stick Frying Pan combines the collection’s tapered, stackable stainless-steel body with Cristel®’s Exceliss+ coating. Its 3-ply thermodiffusing induction base spreads heat across the pan while the coated cooking surface is intended for foods where easy release matters most. Five diameters, from 8 to 12 inches, allow the pan to be chosen according to the household and the task rather than by one all-purpose size.

Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Avoid overheating an empty pan and abrasive cleaning; protect the coated surface during storage. Dishwasher safe. Not available for shipping to Minnesota.
