The 1826® Non-Stick Frying Pan Set includes 8-inch and 10-inch pans made from 18/10 stainless steel with Exceliss+ non-stick interiors. Cristel® gives the line a tapered profile derived from its historic stamped-cookware tradition, while the 3-ply thermodiffusing base distributes heat across the cooking surface and works on induction as well as conventional stovetops. The two sizes cover the everyday scale of eggs, fish, potatoes, and smaller sautéing jobs without taking over the cupboard.

Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Avoid overheating an empty pan and abrasive cleaning; protect the coated surface during storage. Dishwasher safe. Not available for shipping to Minnesota.
