The 1826® Stainless Steel Frying Pan is Cristel®’s heritage-shaped everyday skillet: brushed 18/10 stainless steel, a tapered stackable body, and a 3-ply thermodiffusing induction base built from stainless steel and aluminum. Available from 8 to 12 inches, it is designed for browning, searing, sautéing, and the broad range of jobs where stainless steel rewards proper preheating and heat control.

Care & Ownership
Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Cook over moderate heat and reduce the burner once the pan is hot; on gas, keep the flame within the base. Dishwasher safe.
