Their brushed 18/10 stainless steel bodies sit on 3-ply thermodiffusing bases of induction stainless steel, aluminum, and 18/10 stainless steel, while the tapered silhouette recalls the factory’s 19th-century stamped-cookware heritage. Both sizes are designed to stack compactly, giving a serious stainless-steel foundation without unnecessary bulk.

Care & Ownership
Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Cook over moderate heat and reduce the burner once the pan is hot; on gas, keep the flame within the base. Dishwasher safe.
