This 1826® saucepan set covers three useful capacities—1.5, 2, and 3 quarts—each with its own rounded glass lid. The 18/10 stainless steel bodies have the collection’s tapered, stackable profile and a 3-ply thermodiffusing induction base that places aluminum between stainless layers for even heating. The result is a compact family of saucepans suited to sauces, grains, reheating, vegetables, and the daily small-volume work that makes saucepans some of the most-used vessels in a kitchen.

Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Cook over moderate heat and reduce the burner once the pan is hot; on gas, keep the flame within the base. Dishwasher safe.
