The 1826® Stewpot is a lidded, two-handled stainless-steel vessel available from 1.5 to 4.5 quarts. Its conical profile echoes the collection’s historical reference while allowing more compact storage, and its 3-ply thermodiffusing induction base supports even stovetop cooking. A rounded borosilicate glass lid retains moisture while keeping the contents visible and can go into the oven to 400°F.

Care & Ownership
Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Cook over moderate heat and reduce the burner once the pan is hot; on gas, keep the flame within the base. Dishwasher safe.
