This Cristel® roasting pan uses 3-ply stainless steel / aluminum / stainless steel construction and includes an adjustable, foldable stainless steel rack. Low-profile handles are designed to stay within the pan’s footprint so the roaster fits more easily into a conventional oven. The pan can also be used on induction, while the rack can be positioned horizontally for fish, roasts, or other foods that benefit from being lifted above the base.

Care & Ownership
Wash before first use with hot water and liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Use heat appropriate to the vessel and keep gas flames within the base where applicable. Clean promptly after cooking and dry fully before storage.
