Amalfi Duvet Cover by Home Treasures
Special Order: This is a special-order item with an estimated lead time of 3-5 weeks. As it is prepared exclusively for you, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
A narrow inset and bound scalloped flange give the Amalfi sateen duvet cover its shaped edge. Four corner ties and a button closure complete a cover whose decoration is concentrated around the border.
“I would let the scalloped outline be the principal gesture on the bed, then add texture through quieter fabrics.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

CARE & OWNERSHIP
Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold or warm water with mild detergent. Separate light and dark colors, keep linens away from zippers and rough fabrics, and do not overload the machine. Never use bleach, bleach alternatives, fabric softener or dryer sheets. Tumble dry on warm rather than high heat, removing promptly to avoid overdrying. Use a clean steam iron on warm as needed, working on the reverse of sateen, jacquard and decorative stitching. Store completely dry in a cool, airy cupboard. Place embellished pieces in a mesh laundry bag before washing to protect the stitching and trim.
MAKER / HERITAGE
Home Treasures approaches linens as an essential part of a thoughtfully furnished home. Founded in 1988 by Saeed and Ellie Taghdisi, whose families brought generations of textile experience, the company pairs fabrics selected for their weave, texture and finish with the skill of its American sewing team. Italian percale, sateen and linen become settings for carefully placed lace, embroidery and appliqué, with choices that allow a room to develop its own character. That attention to the cloth and its finishing gives everyday rituals—making a bed, setting a table, welcoming a guest—a more considered expression.
