Cabbage Earthenware Egg Cups in Green - Set of 4
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Four small green egg cups carry the Cabbage collection’s crinkled leaf pattern into the breakfast setting. Each has a flared leafy rim and a compact base, giving a boiled egg its own steady place beside toast and a small spoon.
“I would set the egg cup, spoon and a little plate for the shell out together; breakfast is nicer when the small practicalities are already considered.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Care & Ownership
Dishwasher safe; remove promptly when the cycle ends and dry thoroughly. Hand washing with mild soap and warm water is a gentle choice for raised details. Microwave use is limited to reheating; never heat an empty piece, and use an oven mitt when removing it. Do not use in a conventional oven. Avoid sudden temperature changes, prolonged soaking and abrasive cleaners. Store completely dry, with a soft layer between stacked pieces.
Maker / Heritage
Founded in 1884 in Caldas da Rainha, Bordallo Pinheiro carries forward Raphael Bordallo Pinheiro’s mixture of natural observation and humor. Specialists in modeling, painting, sculpture and ornament give the earthenware its unusually expressive surfaces. Original models by Raphael and his son Manuel Gustavo remain part of the factory’s artistic legacy, alongside new collections and collaborations. In the Cabbage pattern, an ordinary vegetable becomes the subject of the same careful attention usually reserved for a flower.
