The Castel'Pro® crêpe pan uses a low-sided non-stick format that makes spreading batter and turning thin crêpes easier than in a conventional frying pan. Its responsive 3-ply construction uses an anodized aluminum core beneath the coated cooking surface, while the fixed riveted handle keeps the pan easy to maneuver. Two diameters, 9.5 and 11 inches, suit different crêpe sizes and serving styles.

Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Avoid overheating an empty pan, metal abrasion, and harsh scouring; protect the coated surface during storage. Not available for shipping to Minnesota.
