Care & Ownership
Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Use controlled heat rather than sustained maximum heat. On gas, keep the flame within the base. Clean promptly after cooking and dry fully before storage.
Maker / Heritage
Cristel® manufactures cookware at Fesches-le-Châtel in France, a site with a long industrial history in stamped cookware. The company works extensively in 18/10 stainless steel, integrates more than 90% of its production in-house, and holds the French Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant designation; qualifying products also carry Origine France Garantie certification. Cristel® designs for durability, repairability, and long service rather than short replacement cycles.
