Care & Ownership
Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Use controlled heat rather than sustained maximum heat. On gas, keep the flame within the base. Clean promptly after cooking and dry fully before storage.

Cristel® manufactures cookware at Fesches-le-Châtel in France, a site with a long industrial history in stamped cookware.
