The Castel'Pro® Deep Frying Pan combines the broad cooking surface of a skillet with higher, rounded sides for sautéing, reducing, tossing, and finishing sauces in the same vessel. Ultraply® stainless-and-aluminum construction responds quickly to heat changes, while six diameters from 6 to 11 inches let the pan scale from individual portions to family cooking.

Care & Ownership
Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Use controlled heat rather than sustained maximum heat, and keep gas flames within the base. Dishwasher safe where indicated by Cristel®.
