The Castel'Pro® deep frying pan set includes 8-inch and 9.5-inch stainless pans with higher sides than a conventional skillet. Their rounded interiors and multilayer construction make them useful for sautéing, tossing, reducing, and sauce work as well as browning. The shape gives the cook more containment than a flat frying pan without moving all the way to a saucepan.

Care & Ownership
Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Use controlled heat rather than sustained maximum heat, and keep gas flames within the base. Dishwasher safe where indicated by Cristel®.

Cristel® manufactures cookware at Fesches-le-Châtel in France, a site with a long industrial history in stamped cookware.
