The Castel'Pro® Ultraply® saucepan is the precision vessel in the line: a rounded stainless interior, responsive multilayer construction, and a long riveted handle for sauces, custards, grains, reheating, and small-volume simmering. Capacities run from 0.9 to 6 quarts, so the same construction can serve everything from a reduction to a family-size preparation. This version is sold without a lid.

Care & Ownership
Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Use controlled heat rather than sustained maximum heat, and keep gas flames within the base. Dishwasher safe where indicated by Cristel®.
