The Castel'Pro® Stewpan is a wide, lidded stainless vessel designed for one-pan meals, braises, stews, casseroles, and sauce-forward cooking. Offered in 2-, 3.5-, and 6-quart capacities, it combines a broad working surface with the depth needed for liquid, while the rounded interior supports stirring and whisking. Ultraply® multilayer construction gives the pan quick response when a recipe moves from browning to simmering.

Care & Ownership
Before first use, wash in very hot water with liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Use controlled heat rather than sustained maximum heat, and keep gas flames within the base. Dishwasher safe where indicated by Cristel®.

Cristel® manufactures cookware at Fesches-le-Châtel in France, a site with a long industrial history in stamped cookware.
