Christmas Tree Pewter Salt and Pepper Shakers by Vagabond House - Set of 2
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Layered evergreen branches and star-topped silhouettes turn this pair of pewter salt and pepper shakers into small Christmas trees. The sculpted forms bring the seasonal reference directly to the place where the seasonings are passed.
“At Christmas, I prefer a few useful seasonal details to a table crowded with ornaments. These trees can take part in the meal and return to their box afterward.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Empty before washing. Gently hand wash with mild dish soap, warm water and a soft cloth, then rinse and dry immediately. Handle sculpted stems, tails and other fine details gently.
Maker / Heritage
Vagabond House began in 1986 by turning antique silver tableware into jewelry and table accents. The Haas and Hardy families focused the company on tableware after acquiring it in 2004, and three generations now contribute to the Sierra Madre, California business. Its designers look closely at nature, old architecture and antiques, then work with carvers, artisans and fabricators to bring those ideas into useful objects. In the pewter work, details such as the veins of an oak leaf or the textured skin of a pear are carved and polished into the form. That attention to small, recognizable things gives the pieces much of their character at the table.
