This large-format Cristel® stockpot is built for genuinely high-volume cooking, with 3-ply stainless-and-aluminum construction and a brushed finish. Capacities of 26, 38, and 53 quarts place it well beyond ordinary weeknight cookware and into the territory of preserving, large stocks, shellfish, events, and serious batch preparation. A lid is included, and the vessel is compatible with induction as well as conventional stovetops.

Care & Ownership
Wash before first use with hot water and liquid dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Use heat appropriate to the vessel and keep gas flames within the base where applicable. Clean promptly after cooking and dry fully before storage.
