The Complete Wool Bedding Set builds the bed from its foundation upward with a regular-weight wool comforter, a wool mattress topper, and size-appropriate sleeping pillows. Each piece uses Climate Beneficial™ wool and certified organic cotton, with the comforter and topper hand-tied approximately every nine inches to keep the batting in place. The topper adds approximately 2½ inches of cushioning before compression, while the comforter provides the fuller all-season wool weight. It is a coherent natural-fiber bedding foundation for someone who wants the working layers of the bed to share the same materials and care philosophy.

Care & Ownership
Comforter and topper: hand wash in lukewarm or cold water with a mild wool-safe detergent. Do not agitate. Line dry or air dry completely; do not machine wash, tumble dry, or apply heat. Pillow: fluff regularly, refresh outdoors in sunlight from time to time, and spot clean only. Frankenmuth Woolen Mill also accepts its bedding back for professional care.

Today the historic American mill still washes and air-dries its Climate Beneficial™ wool, cards it on century-old machinery, and finishes bedding by hand between layers of certified organic cotton. More than a century of practice is visible in the construction itself: natural fibers, hand-tied batting, and a process designed to keep useful bedding in service for years.
