Coralina Blue Porcelain Charger Plate by Vista Alegre
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Allover blue flowers give the Coralina Blue porcelain charger plate a richly patterned surface. Its broad, shallow form creates a decorative foundation beneath a dinner plate in Oscar de la Renta’s botanical collection.
“I would place a quieter plate over this charger and leave a band of blue flowers showing; that is where the extra layer earns its place.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Maker / Heritage
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings a living decorative tradition to the table. Its porcelain is glazed, fired and individually checked before decoration; the factory also maintains a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected artistic pieces. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron give that long history fresh expression, from finely drawn botanicals to architectural relief. It is this combination of technical care and imaginative decoration that gives the maker its distinctive range.
