Cozinha Velha Blue and White Porcelain Tart Tray by Vista Alegre
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Long and narrow, the Cozinha Velha porcelain tart tray frames a row of slices with blue floral decoration. Its low profile lets the food sit close to the table while the patterned edge gives the arrangement a finished outline.
“A long tray suggests a different kind of generosity: slices of lemon tart or little sandwiches offered along the table. I find that narrow shape especially inviting for an afternoon gathering.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

MAKER / HERITAGE
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings two centuries of decorative knowledge to the art of setting a table and furnishing a home. Its porcelain tradition combines technical precision with artistic work, including a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected pieces; crystal and glass extend that vocabulary into the bar and the room beyond. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron keep the house’s heritage in conversation with contemporary life. The result is a breadth of patterns, forms and disciplines from which to build a service or collection with lasting personal character.
