Cozinha Velha Blue and White Porcelain Tureen by Vista Alegre
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
A covered tureen turns soup into a shared course. Cozinha Velha’s footed porcelain form brings together blue floral decoration, side handles and a sculpted lid, making a composed focal point for the service.
“For me, a tureen changes the rhythm of dinner: the soup is shared from the table, and serving becomes part of being together rather than a journey back to the kitchen.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

MAKER / HERITAGE
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings two centuries of decorative knowledge to the art of setting a table and furnishing a home. Its porcelain tradition combines technical precision with artistic work, including a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected pieces; crystal and glass extend that vocabulary into the bar and the room beyond. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron keep the house’s heritage in conversation with contemporary life. The result is a breadth of patterns, forms and disciplines from which to build a service or collection with lasting personal character.
