Encanto Bloom Pistachio and White Enameled Serving Bowl by Beatriz Ball - Medium
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Pistachio and white enamel bring color to Bloom's rippling, petal-like form. The medium aluminum-alloy serving bowl comes from Beatriz Ball's collaboration with Louisiana ceramicist Gretchen Murchison, with a gold-tone rim tracing its floral movement. Its food-safe surface suits salads, fruit or a shared dish that can be arranged loosely within the irregular outline.
“A sculptural bowl can do the decorating before the flowers arrive. For me, Bloom's pistachio edge is enough color for a simple shared dish, especially against plain linen or a wooden table.”

Maker / Heritage
Cuban-born designer Beatriz Ball began working with metal artisans outside Mexico City in 1991. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.
Bloom grew from Ball’s collaboration with Louisiana ceramicist Gretchen Murchison. Its rippling, petal-like outlines bring the movement of a ceramic form to practical serving pieces.
