Encanto Carola Cream and White Enameled Serving Bowl by Beatriz Ball - Extra Large
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Broad, gently curving sides give the extra-large Carola bowl room for a generous salad or a substantial arrangement of fruit. Cream and white enamel are traced by a gold-tone rim, allowing the sculptural outline to remain the defining detail. Its 16-inch width makes it a serving piece with enough presence to stand alone on an island.
“A generous quantity of one seasonal fruit can be more beautiful to me than an elaborate centerpiece. The cream-and-white Carola bowl supplies enough movement in its outline to make the simplest filling feel deliberate.”

Maker / Heritage
Cuban-born designer Beatriz Ball began working with metal artisans outside Mexico City in 1991. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.
Encanto adds color to the cast-metal tradition: enamel and gold-tone details emphasize the curves and edges, making the form as much a part of the table as the food it holds.
