Encanto Charlotte Cream Enameled Picture Frame by Beatriz Ball - 5 x 7 in.
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
A beaded border gives Charlotte its restrained detail around a 5-by-7-inch photograph. Cream enamel softens the aluminum-alloy surround, while the velvet backing finishes the frame for display. It can sit vertically or horizontally, making a portrait, family group or small landscape equally at home within its tailored outline.
“The little beads are enough decoration for me. A photograph with plenty of color benefits from that quiet cream surround, with only a few other objects nearby to keep the picture easy to enjoy.”

Care & Ownership
Remove the photograph and any detachable backing before cleaning the metal surround. Wipe gently with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild detergent, then dry immediately. Keep the photograph and backing dry; do not immerse the assembled frame. Avoid abrasive cleaners and silver polish. Do not put in the dishwasher, oven or microwave.
Maker / Heritage
Cuban-born designer Beatriz Ball began working with metal artisans outside Mexico City in 1991. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.
In the frames, the same attention to a shaped edge gives a personal photograph a considered setting. The metal surround is decorative in its own right without needing to dominate the image.
