Encanto Jason Cream Enameled Picture Frame by Beatriz Ball - 4 x 6 in.
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Cream enamel and a slender gold-tone rim give the Jason frame a tailored surround for a 4-by-6-inch photograph. Its rectangular form can be displayed vertically or horizontally, making it useful for both a portrait and a small landscape. The enameled aluminum-alloy border adds warmth without demanding a formal photograph.
“The photograph should determine the frame's orientation for me, rather than the other way around. Jason's cream border gives an informal picture a considered setting without asking it to become formal or perfectly coordinated.”

Maker / Heritage
Cuban-born designer Beatriz Ball began working with metal artisans outside Mexico City in 1991. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.
In the frames, the same attention to a shaped edge gives a personal photograph a considered setting. The metal surround is decorative in its own right without needing to dominate the image.
