Envolée dans le Verger Fig Bee Candle by La Rochère
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Fig and soft floral notes give Envolée dans le Verger its orchard-inspired fragrance. Hand-poured in France with vegetable wax and perfume from Grasse, the candle occupies a green, bee-embossed glass vessel intended for decorative reuse after the wax is finished.
“The green vessel would draw me toward a quiet sitting-room corner. I would keep the space around the flame clear, with books and flowers well away from its reach.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Care & Ownership
Remove all packaging and the printed protective cover before lighting. Trim the wick to 1/4 in. before each use. Burn upright on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, curtains, books, flowers, children and pets; never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep the wax clear of debris. Extinguish before moving the vessel and let the glass and wax cool completely before handling. Stop use with wax remaining above the base. Afterward, remove cooled residue gently for decorative reuse; do not scrape the glass or use direct heat to empty it.
Maker / Heritage
La Rochère has worked glass in the Haute-Saône region of France since 1475. In its pressed-glass collections, a two-part mold forms the relief patterns and leaves the fine seam that is part of their recognizable character. The pieces cool gradually in an annealing oven before being inspected by hand for clarity, balance and consistency. That combination of a long-established glassworks and a practical approach to manufacture gives its tableware a particular appeal: decoration formed into the object itself, designed to take part in daily meals rather than remain behind a cabinet door. This candle is hand-poured in France in a reusable, bee-embossed glass vessel.
