FDB Møbler J163, Piano Bench, Nature Lacquered Oak

Danes have grown taller in just a couple of generations. Therefore, it is only natural for Jørgen Bækmark’s well-known woven bench to be upgraded by a few centimetres. The piano bench is available with a black-lacquered oak or natural oak frame, both with paper cord seats. And it works perfectly without a piano also: In the dining room, in the entrance or anywhere, in fact, where a small seat is needed. The bench was part of a relaunch to mark Jørgen Bækmark’s 90th birthday, where the emphasis has not least been on the woven furniture that is both so characteristic of his time, but at the same time timeless and forever modern.
