Fleur de Lys Pressed Glass Iced Tea Glasses by La Rochère - Set of 6

Fleur-de-lys emblems repeat around the upper body of these French pressed-glass iced tea glasses. Their tall shape and raised foot suit iced tea, lemonade and cool water, with a clear surface that lets the simple heraldic motif catch the light.

“A tall drink needs space for its ice as well as the liquid. I would keep the serving jug nearby and pour modestly enough for a comfortable first sip.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Microwave use is limited to brief reheating, up to 90 seconds; do not use boiling liquids or take glass directly between hot and cold conditions. Store with rims protected from knocks.

Maker / Heritage

La Rochère has worked glass in the Haute-Saône region of France since 1475. In its pressed-glass collections, a two-part mold forms the relief patterns and leaves the fine seam that is part of their recognizable character. The pieces cool gradually in an annealing oven before being inspected by hand for clarity, balance and consistency. That combination of a long-established glassworks and a practical approach to manufacture gives its tableware a particular appeal: decoration formed into the object itself, designed to take part in daily meals rather than remain behind a cabinet door.
