French Swirl Blue Glass All-Purpose Goblets by Beatriz Ball - Set of 4
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Blue glass follows the spiral bowl and decorative stem of these French Swirl all-purpose goblets. Their generous form suits wine, spritzers or sparkling water, with a 7.5-inch rise that gives each place a clear line of color. Four matching glasses can begin a service without committing the table to a single kind of drink.
“Blue goblets can be the decisive color on an otherwise plain table. I like this larger form for sparkling water as much as wine, giving the interesting glassware a reason to be used throughout the meal.”

Care & Ownership
Handwash in lukewarm water with mild detergent and a soft sponge, keeping pieces apart in the sink. Rinse and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Support the bowl and stem together rather than twisting them in opposite directions while drying; store upright on the base with space between rims.
Maker / Heritage
Cuban-born designer Beatriz Ball began working with metal artisans outside Mexico City in 1991. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.
French Swirl brings the same affection for a lively table to handcrafted glass. Twisting forms and clear stems let light, color and the drink itself become part of the setting.
