French Swirl Green Glass Wine Glasses by Beatriz Ball - Set of 4
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Green glass catches the light along the spiral bowl and shaped stem of these French Swirl wine glasses. The six-inch form is smaller than the collection's all-purpose goblet, offering a compact glass with a decorative profile. Four matching pieces make it easy to carry the same color through a small dinner setting.
“A smaller wine glass can be a very agreeable choice for a long, unhurried dinner. I like this green beside white china, with the spiral bowl providing a little movement at each place.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Care & Ownership
Handwash in lukewarm water with mild detergent and a soft sponge, keeping pieces apart in the sink. Rinse and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Support the bowl and stem together rather than twisting them in opposite directions while drying; store upright on the base with space between rims.
Maker / Heritage
Cuban-born designer Beatriz Ball began working with metal artisans outside Mexico City in 1991. Her signature metalware is still made one piece at a time in the brand’s own foundry in Mexico: sand casting gives the forms their character, and successive hand-polishing stages bring out the alloy’s silvery luster. More than twelve pairs of hands take part in the making. The appeal is that combination of expressive shape and useful purpose, with the warmth of handwork and none of silver’s routine tarnish polishing.
French Swirl brings the same affection for a lively table to handcrafted glass. Twisting forms and clear stems let light, color and the drink itself become part of the setting.
