Ivory Porcelain Large Cake Stand by Vista Alegre
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Ivory’s large porcelain cake stand raises a round plate on a shaped pedestal. Pale geometric relief brings the collection’s quiet detail to a central serving piece for cakes and pastries.
“A cake stand gives the tea table a center to gather around. This pale relief would be especially lovely to me beneath a generous layer cake, with patterned plates waiting beside it.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

MAKER / HERITAGE
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings two centuries of decorative knowledge to the art of setting a table and furnishing a home. Its porcelain tradition combines technical precision with artistic work, including a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected pieces; crystal and glass extend that vocabulary into the bar and the room beyond. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron keep the house’s heritage in conversation with contemporary life. The result is a breadth of patterns, forms and disciplines from which to build a service or collection with lasting personal character.
