Ivory Porcelain Soup Plates by Vista Alegre - Set of 4
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
A recessed center and broad rim distinguish the Ivory porcelain soup plates. The set of four repeats the collection’s pale geometric relief around each serving, keeping the table light and coordinated.
“The broad rim gives this first course a sense of being properly received. I picture the pale relief beside colored linen, with the spoon already waiting at each place.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

MAKER / HERITAGE
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings two centuries of decorative knowledge to the art of setting a table and furnishing a home. Its porcelain tradition combines technical precision with artistic work, including a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected pieces; crystal and glass extend that vocabulary into the bar and the room beyond. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron keep the house’s heritage in conversation with contemporary life. The result is a breadth of patterns, forms and disciplines from which to build a service or collection with lasting personal character.
