Kason Rattan Dining Chair by bali & pari - Natural Brown Antique
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
A curved back continues into sloping arms on this Kason dining chair. Natural rattan forms the open frame, outlined by a braided border, with a removable fabric-covered cushion adding softness to the seat.
“I would check the braid against the table’s edge treatment. Two different details can sit happily together when neither has to compete for all the attention.”

Care & Ownership
Dust regularly with a soft brush or the gentle brush attachment of a vacuum. Wipe marks with a barely damp, soft cloth and dry promptly. Blot spills before they settle into the weave; avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. Protect the fibers from standing water, direct heat and prolonged strong sunlight. Vacuum upholstery gently with a soft brush, and blot spills without rubbing. Check the cushion’s care label before deeper cleaning; seek professional upholstery care for persistent marks.
Maker / Heritage
The rattan work at bali & pari begins with a material that can be shaped as well as woven. Experienced artisans in Indonesia cut, steam and bend the stems, then weave or arrange them into the finished designs. Those techniques allow a single material to form an open lattice, a tightly worked panel or a braided border. Natural differences in tone and fiber remain visible, giving the handworked pieces their individual character.
