The Large Heirloom Copper Vase has a broad body, flared opening and arched handle, creating a strong outline even with only a few branches. Pure copper forms both the interior and exterior, with a protective lacquer on the outside. Its scale suits a sideboard, console or generously sized table.

Care & Ownership
Hand wash gently with mild soap and lukewarm water, then dry completely. Clean the lacquered exterior with a soft cloth; do not use metal polish, acidic homemade cleaners or abrasive pads on the coating. Change flower water regularly and wash the unlined interior between arrangements. Protect the surface beneath the vase from moisture.
Maker / Heritage
Galley & Fen begins with the eye of an interior designer: founder Laurel Newton studied interior design and created the collection around the everyday objects she wanted in a home. The team develops its own designs, drawing on the useful forms of European vintage kitchens rather than simply reproducing an ornamental look. Its work with a family of artisans in India brings handmaking into those designs, with small variations that remain visible in the finished pieces. Gathered textile edges, embroidered botanical details and warm copper or brass give practical objects a presence of their own. The pleasure is in choosing something useful whose smallest details have also been considered.
