Lebrillo Hand-Painted Terracotta Pitcher in Coral by Pomelo Casa - 8″
Available to Ship: 3-7 Business Days
Pomelo Casa’s medium Lebrillo Pitcher brings the traditional Spanish bird-or-pomegranate motif to an approximately 8-inch terracotta form hand-painted in coral. Its middle scale is versatile enough for lemonade or gazpacho at the table, kitchen utensils on the counter, or a relaxed arrangement of flowers. The coral palette gives the pitcher warmth and presence without the visual weight of a darker color. Handmade and hand-painted in southern Spain, each piece carries natural variations in brushwork and glaze.
“An eight-inch pitcher is useful because it can be both working object and decoration without trying too hard. Coral makes that transition especially easy: from spoons beside the stove to flowers on the table.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Before first use, wash by hand in hot soapy water, rinse, and allow to air dry. Microwave and refrigerator safe; do not use in the oven. Small differences in brushwork and glaze are natural to these handmade ceramics.
Maker / Heritage
Founded by interior designer Francesca de la Fuente, Pomelo Casa grew from the ceramics she knew while growing up in southern Spain. The collection is handmade and hand-painted in a small family-run workshop in Granada, using traditional Lebrillo motifs and techniques the maker traces back more than five centuries. Formed from terracotta clay and finished by hand, each piece carries the slight variations in brushwork and glaze that distinguish ceramics made this way.
